Skins are digital, so nothing travels by sled except the order itself. Here is what happens after you pay.
1. You add your trade URL
At checkout we ask for your Steam trade URL. It lets our bot send you an offer without being on your friends list. Find it in Steam → Inventory → Trade Offers → “Who can send me trade offers?”. Save it once in Base camp and checkout fills it in.
2. The bot sends the exact item
Each listing is one specific item. The trade offer contains that item: same float, same pattern seed. The offer comes from our bot account and asks nothing from your inventory.
3. You accept in Steam
Open the offer in the Steam app or client and accept it. The skin moves to your inventory immediately. Your order in Base camp switches to “Delivered”.
What can slow it down
- Steam Guard active for less than 7 days can cause trade holds.
- A private inventory or an outdated trade URL (Steam regenerates it if you reset it).
- Steam itself being down. It happens most Tuesdays during maintenance.
We never ask for your Steam login, password or Steam Guard codes. If someone does, it is not us.
